DirectoryRX provides information to help patients, caregivers and physicians' offices find infusion centers and home-infusion providers. Talmudico operates the directory.

Confirm details with the center

Registry information may be incomplete or out of date. A verification date records when details were confirmed; it does not guarantee current availability, a particular appointment, insurance coverage or suitability for a patient. Confirm therapies, hours, plan acceptance and referral requirements directly with the center before arranging care.

Medical decisions and referrals

DirectoryRX does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, provide medical advice, book appointments or accept referrals. Discuss treatment and coverage decisions with your prescriber, the center and your insurance plan. Do not send patient information through directory searches or our contact inbox.

Sponsorship and use of the directory

Paid placements are labelled Sponsored. DirectoryRX and Noble Infusion share ownership. Sponsorship does not change organic search ordering. Read our disclosures for details.

Use the directory without disrupting the service, impersonating a center or submitting misleading listing information. Report errors through our contact page.
